Snowflake Data Engineer/Architect role at CGI’s Innovation Center of Excellence (ICE). We design and deliver cloud-based analytics, AI, automation, and data architectures for CGI’s customers in Finland and internationally. The team focuses on modern data platforms, ETL/ELT, and real-time integrations using Snowflake across Azure, AWS, and GCP, along with BI tools like Power BI and Tableau. The role can emphasize data engineering or data architecture, with opportunities to contribute to sales projects and help clients make architecture and technology choices that support their business. The location can be Helsinki or Turku with flexible remote/hybrid work options. Requirements include experience in data engineering or data architecture, Snowflake and cloud services, data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT tools (e.g., Matillion, Openflow, Glue), data modeling (dbt, ADE), strong Python and SQL, fluent Finnish and English, and customer-facing experience. Preferred is experience in data-architecture design and sales-support activities such as drafting technical proposals or giving presentations.
