ELIXIA is known for the strongest and most versatile group exercise in the Nordic countries. The role of an instructor at ELIXIA is based on the principle Members First. We are looking for inspiring, brave, and proactive instructors who want to influence people's well-being and create experiences that will be talked about long after the session. We primarily seek instructors available in the mornings and on Saturdays, as these are currently the most critical times for us. All instructors work in a employment relationship, not as contractors or freelancers. Candidates should be athletic, motivating, self-driven, responsible for their sessions, brave, engaging, and able to develop their presentation skills. They must ensure quality and safety, have a service-oriented attitude, be approachable, good listeners, and genuinely interested in people. Candidates must be over 18 years old and have a certificate in basic sports theory, anatomy, and physiology, or be willing to participate in a paid online course. Finnish language skills are required for training and internal communication. The role involves preparing each session, managing music, program, and equipment, working independently, following the SATS/ELIXIA concept, adapting to changes, and using studio equipment and applications. Benefits include influencing people's health, working in a stable employer with 270 centers, being part of an energetic team, opportunities for professional development, access to Nordic fitness centers, and participation in upcoming training programs. The next recruitment event is scheduled for September 5-6, 2026, at Pitäjänmäki ELIXIA, with applications open until August 23, 2026. The role requires full preparation for each session, technical skills, a strong presence, and a service mindset.
