Our client is a growing metal industry company founded in 2006. We implement demanding steel structure projects for various industrial and construction needs across Finland. Our clients are well-known and financially solid, and we are known for our ability to find workable and creative solutions to challenging implementations. Job description: As a Project Manager you are responsible for the full project lifecycle – from bidding to installation and handover. You will lead several projects simultaneously, be responsible for schedules, costs and quality, handle procurements and material flows, act as a supervisor and lead installation and project teams, and ensure operations comply with the SFS-EN 1090 standard. This role suits you if you enjoy responsibility, the management of the big picture and decision-making. Work environment: You mainly work in Kirkkonummi but the role includes remote work and travel to customer projects across Finland. Start date is flexible. What we expect from you: you have experience leading projects in a technical environment and have brought projects to a successful finish. In addition: you master the basics of project management (scheduling, costs, resources); you can do bidding, procurement and reading technical drawings; you dare to make decisions and solve problems independently; you can lead people and keep projects moving forward. Education: for example an engineer or technician. Bonus: IWS-, IWT- or IWE-certifications; experience with steel structures or similar projects.
