Security Guard

We are seeking a reinforced presence for hospital security duties in Porvoo. You will work in a team to ensure staff and patient safety, patrol facilities, monitor surveillance, control access, and assist customers. You will play a key role in preventing and responding to incidents, alarms, and threats. The position is permanent and part-time (50 hours per 3 weeks). Shifts are 12 hours long and cover all days and hours. Your occupational health services include statutory occupational health care and preventive services for musculoskeletal and mental health conditions. We require a valid security guard card, weapon-use license (pepper spray and telescopic baton), at least two years’ security work experience, and a positive service attitude. Proficiency in Finnish (spoken and written) and English in customer service situations is required. Experience in hospital security and security systems is a plus.
