Kotisuunnittelija, Eurokangas Rovaniemi

We are seeking an active and imaginative Kotisuunnittelija for Eurokangas in Rovaniemi. The role is permanent and full-time. Your duties include goal-oriented sales and customer service in-store as well as home visits to understand customers’ interior needs with a keen ear and inspiring style, and you will propose suitable solutions from our broad product and service range, including custom curtains, blinds, track systems and other home textiles. You will be the customer’s consultant throughout the process from ideation to offering and coordinating installation. You enjoy closing sales, meeting targets, and ensuring satisfied customers. The job therefore requires prior sales experience, sales mindset, and customer-oriented thinking. You will also participate in store maintenance. You will receive support and coaching from store colleagues, reliable subcontractors, and head office support functions. In addition you will have: previous experience with curtains/fabrics/interior textiles or interest in fabrics and interior decoration; proactivity and flexibility; ability to work in evenings and weekends; basic IT skills and experience with systems; textile industry education; own car is a plus.
