Responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries via calls, live chat and email
- Take ownership of customer cases to full resolution
- Coordinate with other teams and providers to resolve issues
- Approve customer withdrawals
- Process KYC and documentation
- Run daily security checks on new accounts and transactions
- Contribute to team KPIs and SLAs
- Provide feedback to improve knowledge bases and self-service outlets
- Handle ad hoc tasks as directed by CS Management
