We are seeking an electrical and automation maintenance technician for UPM Kymin paper mill in Kouvola. The role involves maintenance of electrical and automation equipment, fault analysis, repairs and testing as part of the paper mill’s maintenance team. The position is mainly day shift. Requirements include relevant electrical/automation engineering education, experience in process industry electrical and automation maintenance, knowledge of instrumentation and electrical equipment maintenance, control and automation systems, electrical distribution and electrical drives. Independence, flexibility and teamwork, willingness to continuously develop, and readiness to work in a three-shift schedule if necessary. Good IT skills and motivation to learn maintenance systems (SAP) are expected.
