About the opportunity We're looking for full-time vendor service stars to join our growing international team in Budapest! Your Start with Us Your journey begins with mandatory in-person training, spread across one month from our office. The next training starts on 21th of September, and full attendance is required. As a Vendor Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring restaurants are seamlessly onboarded, trained, and supported on our platform. You’ll be the driving force behind successful vendor activation and early performance, delivering outstanding service and guidance at every step. What You’ll Do Onboarding & Activation Review and validate onboarding documentation to ensure vendors meet platform requirements Create and quality-check content before vendor activation Lead onboarding calls and training sessions to walk vendors through the app/device setup Activate vendors once all onboarding steps are complete Vendor Support & Enablement Act as the go-to contact for newly onboarded vendors during their first 60 days Provide proactive performance support, addressing issues and guiding improvement Run targeted activities to drive vendor engagement and success Help us raise the bar — and grow with us.
