Functional Project Manager

Pennylane is a fintech solving accounting and financial management for accounting firms. We are looking for a Professional with accounting experience who has collaborated in a cabinet and ideally participated in migrations to a new accounting software. You will join the Partner Solutions Specialists team, composed of former accountants, and act as the business expert in migrations, working closely with the PSS Back for integration and technical aspects. The role combines project management, accounting expertise, and client relations, with advisory and continuous improvement duties. Your daily missions include auditing and analyzing functional needs, planning and facilitating cabinet meetings, documenting user stories, and running workshops; managing migration projects with clear, documented paths; configuring Pennylane to fit cabinet processes; supporting post-migration testing and issue resolution; driving automation and process optimization; staying up-to-date with product and business needs; and collaborating with front/back teams. The recruitment process includes initial interview, a technical case, and final meeting with leadership.
