Fundraising Planner

We are seeking a fundraising planner for a fixed-term maternity leave replacement to join our international NGO team. The role focuses on engaging regular donors, growing fundraising, and implementing a year-long plan driven by donor communications calendars and multi-channel campaigns. Responsibilities include analyzing donor CRM data, designing donor journeys, and producing donor communications such as impact reports and donor surveys. The position requires experience in multi-channel fundraising, marketing, or customer experience development, with emphasis on CRM and marketing automation and familiarity with print and mailing processes. You will work with MS Office tools and collaborate closely with the Finnish and international teams. The role requires excellent Finnish and good English language skills and a relevant lower or upper university degree. The contract is approximately one year.
