Metalpower Oy was founded in 1991 and is part of the Terra Patris group owned by private Finnish owners. The company has production space totaling 12,000 square meters in two locations, Tyrnävä and Kempele, employing around 130 people. We are seeking a CAM programmer for the Kempele unit at Metalpower Oy. In this role you will be responsible for programming machined parts and supporting production efficiency. You will work with Mastercam software and create programs for a versatile machine fleet including 3- and 5-axis milling centres. The role involves practical machining know-how and close collaboration with production. In addition to programming, you will help design machining methods, tools, and steps, and develop and optimize existing programs. You will have responsibility for your own work and influence on how machining and production are developed. The job is on day shift. What we expect: prior CAM programming experience and fluent Mastercam usage. A solid understanding of machining, machining methods, and how programs operate on the machine.
