Practical Nurse

We are looking for qualified practical nurses to work with families with children in the Vantaa and Kerava area and in Helsinki. Please state in your application which area you would be able to work in. Our task is to make everyday life easier for families and support them. Your work will focus on children’s wellbeing, and you will help families manage everyday life. Your work supports parents’ ability to cope and reduces the burden of daily life. Many of our clients are children with special needs, so we would be pleased to hear about any experience you have working with children or young people with special needs. We offer flexible work that you can arrange with families to suit your life situation. A shift with one family usually lasts 2–4 hours. Work is available on weekdays from 7:00 to 21:00 and on Saturdays from 8:00 to 18:00. We hope you can commit to one family for at least a month. Full-time work is also possible. If you wish, you can work with several different families on the same day. The work takes place mainly in families’ homes and their immediate surroundings. We are looking for proactive professionals with good interaction skills and experience working with children and families. We offer you the best pay in the field: An hourly wage of €15–17 + 9% holiday compensation, that is, €16.35–18.53/hour + evening and weekend supplements in accordance with the collective agreement.
