We are seeking a technical building caretaker for the Greater Helsinki area. Join our team! We are looking for an experienced technical caretaker who will take responsibility for building management tasks and ensuring optimal operation of facilities. The role is permanent and full-time (37.5 h/week) with a work schedule Monday–Friday from 07:00 to 15:00. Responsibilities include maintaining building systems, planning and executing maintenance activities, and customer service. Requirements include a building caretaker qualification or equivalent education, valid occupational safety card or ability to obtain one quickly, experience in building maintenance and knowledge of technical systems, strong technical skills, problem-solving ability and customer-oriented approach, ability to work independently and in a team, fluent Finnish; English is a plus. We offer permanent employment, competitive pay (14.00–18.00 €/h) considering prior expertise, good onboarding, and the opportunity to work in a knowledgeable and friendly team built on trust.
