The Country Manager US will be responsible for leading Hypatos’ business operations, growth strategy, and market presence in the United States. This role requires a dynamic leader with proven experience in the AI, SaaS, or enterprise automation sectors, and a deep understanding of the US enterprise market. The Country Manager will drive business development, oversee cross-functional teams, and ensure Hypatos’ solutions deliver value to US clients.

Responsibilities
- Lead US market entry and growth strategy
- Build and manage US sales and business development team
- Establish relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to contract closing
- Oversee all US operations and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Coordinate with global teams in product, marketing, and support
- Recruit, train, and mentor US-based staff
- Report on performance, market developments, and strategic initiatives
- Represent Hypatos at industry events and with media
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior leadership or country manager role, preferably in AI, SaaS, or enterprise automation.
