About the role: Build a scalable growth engine, own the growth-related product roadmap, scale acquisition with product leverage, elevate Finary in France, shape international growth and marketing playbook, build and lead a world-class growth team. You’ll be working closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Ops to turn growth strategy into shipped reality, reporting directly to the CEO, Mounir. You’d be a Great Fit if you have held senior growth roles with product ownership, have owned product-led growth, are systems thinkers, data-driven, and can recruit and inspire top talent. Bonus points for fintech experience and founder/early employee background. What we offer includes a competitive salary (€110,000 - €135,000) plus equity, authority over growth product and marketing, world-class team, and a remote-friendly setup.
