Travel regionally within Mumbai area; full-time on-site role.

Responsibilities

  • Net-New Logo Acquisition: Spearhead regional sales execution to acquire net-new enterprise accounts, expand Trimble's customer base, and drive new software subscription revenue.
  • Sales Planning & Forecasting: Collaborate with sales leadership to build annual territory plans, manage budgets, and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Presales, Lead Generation, and Marketing to deliver high-impact presentations and drive deals from plan to close.
  • Market Intelligence & Innovation: Analyze regional market trends, uncover untapped growth opportunities, and initiate marketing strategies to maximize sales while controlling costs.
  • Industry Representation: Represent Trimble AECO at key industry trade shows and events to build executive networks and elevate brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Professional Experience: 8–10+ years of dedicated professional experience in enterprise field sales, with a proven focus on acquiring new accounts and driving pipeline growth.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is Mandatory.
  • SaaS & Construction Domain: Hands-on expertise selling Software as a Service (SaaS) and subscription-based products tailored to construction and AECO sectors.
  • Consultative Influence: Ability to communicate, present, and credibly influence decisions at all organizational levels including C-suite.
  • Sales Execution: Track record of independently managing full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing.
