Job Description
We are looking for a trail maintenance worker for our Saariselkä location for the winter season 2026-2027, with the possibility of extension for subsequent winter seasons. Your duties include snowmobile trail grooming using a tamping and grooming combination in the Saariselkä area. The season begins in October when snow arrives and ends in May when the snow has melted from the trails. The job also involves other trail maintenance tasks (clearing the trail, cleaning trail markers, etc.) and equipment maintenance. The work is partly two-shift, with machines operating in two shifts during the peak season. Training will be provided for the position, but a C-license and a digital tachograph card are required for operating the equipment. Knowledge of machinery and hydraulics is appreciated. Snowmobiling experience is a plus. Part-time work is also considered; machines can be operated in the evenings and on weekends. Salary is negotiated based on experience and skill level.
