ITSM Specialist

We are looking for an ITSM Specialist to join Anticimex’s internal IT support team in Finland. Anticimex is a global leader in digital pest control, with operations in 22 countries and a Finland-based head office in Vantaa, plus 16 service points and approximately 200 professionals nationwide. Your role will be to handle first- and second-line support tasks, user administration, device lifecycle management, and Azure administration for roughly 210 staff. We expect a minimum of one year of experience in 1st- and 2nd-line support, strong technical skills with workstations and office software, experience with Active Directory and Entra ID, knowledge of Intune and device lifecycle management, experience maintaining an M365 environment, and excellent Finnish and English language skills. Additional points if you have Azure maintenance and subscription management, PowerShell scripting, and familiarity with Atlassian Jira Service Management and Confluence. The work is mainly at our office in Vantaa, with some flexibility for occasional remote work.
