ELIXIA is known for the strongest and most versatile group exercise in the Nordics. Our role as instructors is based on the principle Members First. We are looking for inspiring, brave, and proactive instructors who want to influence people's well-being and create experiences that will be talked about long after the session. We primarily seek instructors who can teach in the mornings and on Saturdays, as these times are currently critical for us. All instructors work with us as employees, not as contractors or on a gig basis. Candidates should be athletic, encouraging, self-driven, responsible for the quality of their sessions, and able to prepare, lead, and communicate effectively. They should be brave, outgoing, and eager to develop their presentation skills. Ensuring quality and safety, providing excellent service, listening and engaging with members, and being over 18 years old are essential. Candidates must have a certificate in basic sports theory, anatomy, and physiology, or be willing to participate in a self-funded online course. Finnish language skills are required for training and internal communication. The job involves preparing for each session, managing music, program, and equipment, and working independently from start to finish. Adherence to the SATS/ELIXIA concept, flexibility, technical skills, and strong presence are necessary. Benefits include influencing people's well-being, working for a stable employer with 270 centers, being part of a supportive team, opportunities for professional growth, and access to Nordic fitness centers. The next recruitment event is in Lielahti on September 6, 2026, with applications open until August 23, 2026. The role is part-time.
