Early Childhood Development Social Worker

We are seeking a motivated and professional early childhood social work developer for the Jokiuoman unit at Laajavuoren day care in Vantaa. The role focuses on fostering community, child well-being, participation, and a safe learning environment. Emphasis is placed on preventing bullying, supporting emotional and peer skills, and parenting support and development. You will participate in multidisciplinary teamwork and guide families to other child and family services when needed. Key areas include implementing early childhood education activities, promoting well-being and social skills, interacting with families and professional teams, and evaluating and developing the unit's activities from a sociopedagogical perspective.
