Responsibilities
- Anwendungsbetreuung & Support: manage and administer central enterprise applications (ERP, DMS or domain-specific software) and ensure smooth daily operation
- Process support & optimization: analyze existing workflows with departments and support digital mapping and optimization in the system
- First- & Second-Level support: be the central contact for technical or process questions, resolve application problems and conduct user trainings
- Interfaces & data maintenance: monitor and maintain interfaces between software systems, generate reports and support data quality
- Project work & releasing: participate in the introduction of new software solutions, system extensions and in updates and release changes
- Quality & system documentation: assist in documenting system changes, processes and access concepts per internal guidelines
Requirements
- Completed IT training (e.g. IT specialist (m/w/d) for applications development or system integration) or a degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Initial or practical experience in supporting enterprise applications (ERP, CRM or DMS)
- Interest in business or manufacturing processes and joy in translating department requirements into IT solutions
- Understanding of databases (e.g. SQL for simple queries or analyses) and interfaces is advantageous
- Early experience in quality management or documentation in regulated environments (e.g. ISO 13485 / GxP) is welcome but not required
- Strong service and customer orientation, a structured way of working and good communication and teamwork
