This job posting describes a permanent position as an early childhood teacher at Kivistö Daycare. The daycare operates four groups for children aged 1–5 years, with its own large wooded yard and recently renovated bright indoor spaces enabling versatile activities. The unit collaborates with nearby Maitorpan daycare and local playgrounds and forest areas to support a varied program. We support collaboration with colleagues, broad-based special education staff, development and managers to ensure consistent pedagogical leadership within the unit. We are part of the ProVaka operating model which focuses on positive reinforcement and inclusive practices.
