Role: We’re seeking commercially sharp Solutions Consultants to be trusted advisors to our customers, optimizing how Synthesia's platform best fits within their business environments and unlocking value across multiple workflows. You’ll run in-depth discovery and facilitate strategic workshops with senior stakeholders to uncover priorities and opportunities; design how Synthesia optimally solves their most pressing challenges; lead enablement that drives real behavior change and adoption; and own the path from deal close to first successful workflow and beyond. Discovery & Strategic Workshops: Conduct in-depth discovery conversations with senior stakeholders to uncover priorities; Design and lead sessions that envision workflows; Build advisory relationships. Change Management & Adoption Readiness: Assess readiness for change; develop rollout strategy; Advise on stakeholder alignment. Enablement, Adoption & Early Value: Own the path from signed deal to first live workflow; Lead enablement sessions; Establish repeatable usage. Unlock Expansion & Strategic Account Growth: Identify additional teams/usages; Stay close to strategic accounts; Position as go-to resource. Build Repeatability & Drive Quality at Scale: Capture reusable solution patterns; Build tools and templates; Turn insights into product feedback. Cross-Functional Leadership: Align with Customer Success; Partner with Account Executives; Work with Product/Marketing/Support. What We Are Looking For: 4+ years in Solutions Consulting or similar; strong relationship builder; excellent workshop facilitation; self-motivated and organized; consultative problem-solver; collaborative; comfortable with SaaS/AI. - Provide cross-functional input to Product, Marketing, and Sales
Requirements
- 4+ years in Solutions Consulting or similar customer-facing roles
- Strong relationship builder who earns trust, asks insightful questions, and listens actively
- Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, in person and remote
- Self-motivated and organized; ability to manage multiple customers and initiatives
- Consultative problem-solver who brings clarity to ambiguity; bias for action and ownership
- Collaborative mindset; works with cross-functional teams to drive customer and company success
- Comfortable with SaaS, AI, and enterprise technology environments
