Myyntiedustaja – Vintit Kuntoon

We are seeking new sales representatives to join the Vintit Kuntoon team in Turku. The role is active, target-driven door-to-door selling in single-family home areas. Your day will involve meeting customers, assessing their situation, and presenting the Vintit Kuntoon service. You will help customers identify potential improvement areas and find solutions tailored to their home. The position may also include fairs and other direct marketing activities. Previous sales experience is beneficial, but a proactive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to engage new people naturally are most important. You will receive onboarding and training, with support from an experienced sales team and sales support. Although the work is autonomous, you will never work alone. The job mainly takes place in evenings and weekends when customers are at home. The compensation is commission-based and tied to invoiced projects; top performers bill over €10,000 per month.
