The Service Supervisor role involves managing a multi-service team across two adjacent hospital sites (Iho- and allergology hospital and Tammi hospital) within HUS Support Services (Runko-palvelut). You will ensure daily operations, support your team, handle tasks such as customer service, team welfare, bulk orders, onboarding, operational daily leadership, quality control, and supervision of the housekeeping team. The ideal candidate has customer service experience, kitchen and cashier experience, and familiarity with staff dining operations, plus strong IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Swedish language skills are a plus; Finnish proficiency is required. The position is permanent and full-time with typical hours 07:00–18:00 on weekdays. The base salary is €3,013.77 per month, with potential experience and other allowances as per HYVTES; a 6-month probationary period applies. A vaccination certificate is required for customer/patient areas, and health clearance for health care facilities. The role includes training and guiding trainees and students as part of daily operations.
