Procurement Specialist

Do you want to help build Finland’s best procurement expertise in the construction sector? Join our team! Kospro is growing, and we are now looking for procurement specialists to join us. We are seeking a reliable, motivated and self-directed professional who can take responsibility for the procurement of an individual project and manage it independently from start to finish. We work throughout Finland with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders. Our projects range from residential construction to data centres and other demanding construction projects. You will not be forced into a predefined role with us. The role profile can be adapted to your skills, experience and interests. What you will do You will work with construction procurement and clients. Your responsibilities may include procurement for an individual project, tendering, supplier cooperation and advancing the procurement process. The work may also include developing procurement and building new ways of working with clients. We are particularly interested in how artificial intelligence can be used in procurement and its development. We hope you are curious about new tools and want to help develop their use in practical work. You may be the person we are looking for if you are reliable, motivated and self-directed; have experience in construction procurement or a strong understanding of the construction-sector operating environment; and can manage procurement for an individual project independently. You have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working with different stakeholders, such as clients, suppliers and project organisations. You can see the bigger picture while also getting things done in practice, and want to develop operations rather than simply maintain existing practices. You do not need to know everything in advance. The right attitude, willingness to take responsibility and desire to develop matter to us.
