Porvoon kansalaisopisto (Porvoo City Adult Education) is a municipal educational institution responsible for integrating training within the Porvoo employment region since 2025. The Integration Education team, led by the Head of Integration Education, consists of about 15 staff including teachers, assistants, a employment-life coordinator and an office secretary. We educate roughly 200 students per year. The Head of Integration Education is part of the management team of Porvoo City Adult Education. The role involves strategic and pedagogical planning, leadership, budgeting and financial accountability for the integration training delivered as a labor market training program, ensuring service quality and achieving targets in line with the agreed collaboration model with the Porvoo employment region. You will actively participate in networks and build cooperation with labor authorities, city services, educational institutions, authorities, organizations and other stakeholders to ensure local impact and alignment with labor market and integration needs.
