Family Daycare Provider

Lead a small daycare program from a caregiver’s home for up to four children, providing safe and high‑quality early childhood education with individualized attention. The role offers flexibility in day-to-day activities while maintaining boundaries and a framework for the care provided. An average monthly income is around €3,400 when caring for four children, with seven weeks of vacation accrued per year. Work is performed as a franchisee within Kultapalat network, with comprehensive training and ongoing support to operate the business. Responsibilities include creating a warm, supportive home environment, planning engaging activities, and maintaining a cooperative relationship with fellow Kultapalat caregivers. The job requires daycare experience, suitable training or willingness to study while working, a safe and clean home, clean criminal record and credit history, a desire to contribute to early education reform, good communication skills, and cooking ability.
