Cleaning Service Supervisor

The role is a frontline supervisory position responsible for the operational planning and smooth execution of cleaning services at customer sites. The candidate should have prior experience in the cleaning industry, supervisory tasks (e.g., service supervisor), and the ability to lead customer accounts to successful results. The candidate must be able to communicate fluently in Finnish and English and enjoy a multicultural work environment. Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills and the ability to work autonomously as a supervisor, leading by example and motivating subordinates, are essential. A driving license is required; owning a car is a plus, and a professional qualification in the field is advantageous.
