Royal Ruka is a stylish and cozy destination in the heart of Ruka, where quality service, comfortable accommodations and immersive restaurant operations come together. We are looking for versatile restaurant staff for the winter season 2026–2027. In this role you won’t be stuck in one place—you will work across both hotel and restaurant tasks. Your duties will include bar service and customer service, reception work (check-in/check-out), cleaning and maintaining overall comfort. We value flexible, proactive multi-taskers who enjoy varied work and can handle different situations. Previous experience in the restaurant or hotel industry is preferred, as well as an alcohol license and hygiene certificate, and good Finnish and English language skills.
