The General Manager Australia isn't a seasoned C-suite executive, but an entrepreneurial and hands-on individual who started their career in a top-tier strategy consulting or investment banking firm, and later moved to a B2B software start-up or scale-up. The GM is accountable for establishing, scaling, and running Nordhealth’s Australian business from the ground up. Combining commercial P&L leadership with hands-on program management, this role bridges business development, team recruitment, and enterprise onboarding execution across the region. As our first local hire, you will operate with high autonomy, navigating time-zone differences with European leadership. Initially, you will operate hands-on—conducting client demos and executing software implementations yourself—to master the product and workflows before recruiting and leading a dedicated local team of sales, implementation, and customer success professionals!
