<p>We are seeking customer advisors for Posti in our corporate and personal customer service unit. As a customer advisor you help customers in all situations they may need, serving via multi-channel methods including phone (inbound and outbound), email, and chat, with the phone being the primary tool. You aim to create excellent customer interactions by identifying customer needs and offering the best solutions, using communication and problem-solving skills. The job is fast-paced and goal-oriented call center work. Throughout the day you will encounter a large number of different customer situations, not all of which follow a prepared script. You should be able to learn new things quickly, search for information from multiple sources, and make decisions even when an immediate answer is not available. Customer service quality, efficiency, and customer experience are tracked via various metrics, so the role suits a person who thrives in a results-driven environment and wants to develop their skills continuously and combine high-quality service with efficient work. We are looking for several customer advisors for our upcoming Christmas season on a fixed-term contract. Start date is 19.10.2026 and the contract runs to 31.12.2026. This is a full-time role (37.5 h/week). Customer service is open every day of the week, including weekends, from 6:00 to 20:00. During autumn and the approaching Christmas season shifts will mainly fall between weekdays 8:00–20:00 and Saturdays 8:00–16:00, but we expect readiness to work the full opening hours of customer service. Our office is located in Roveniemi Koskikadulla.</p><p>Salary for the role is 13.39 €/h.</p>
