As a Lähihoitaja you assess residents’ resources, identify needs for assistance, and plan, implement, and evaluate their functioning and care with the residents themselves. Your work helps our homes’ residents enjoy a good, high‑quality daily life. What will you do? Implement residents’ individualized and holistic care and rehabilitation in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Administer medications according to the medication plan. Enable meaningful daily life through outdoor activities, activities, and resident moments. Serve as the primary caregiver and maintain contact with families. The position is full‑time and permanent. Work is on a 3‑shift schedule and start date is negotiable. Vaccination protection under the Communicable Diseases Act 48§ for protection of residents and patients for the duration of the employment. Hygieniapassi or ability to obtain it within three months of starting. Proficient Finnish language. Criminal background check for longer than three months employment (when working with minors, elderly and disabled). Social and Healthcare professional card (Sote‑ammattikortti).
