An engaging and meaningful role as a multi-disciplinary department secretary supporting patient-centered care. You can be an experienced professional or someone eager to learn. We are looking for an osastonsihteeri to work day shifts on a fixed-term contract from 1 September 2026 to 3 January 2027 in the Lohja area. The position primarily serves clinics and wards, across the HUS region including Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa. We work as a versatile team across multiple units and handle varying tasks. As a department secretary, you will be part of a multi-professional collaboration, support an uninterrupted patient care chain, and provide excellent customer service. Your core duties include patient check-ins/outs, appointment scheduling, order placement for tests, document handling and mail flow, customer interactions, and multi-channel service. Requirements
