Production Worker

Production workers wanted for Neco Elements Oy in Pyhäntä. The company is a wood element manufacturer and factory located in Pyhäntä. The role involves working on production lines assembling elements and building modules. Work is physical and hands-on, with shifts in two patterns depending on the task: morning shift Mon–Fri 6:00–14:30 or evening shift Mon–Thu 14:30–01:00. The job starts as soon as a suitable candidate is found. Requirements include a motivated attitude, willingness to do physical work, experience from production or construction or practical construction/remodelling skills, and a tidy, systematic work approach with good teamwork. Nice-to-have: first aid training and safety certificates. We offer wages per collective agreement or better, hourly wage between €12.50 and €13.00 depending on experience, good work clothes and equipment, friendly team, and permanent employment.
