Operations Specialist

We are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term contract for the winter season, supporting ground handling operations and resource planning at Ivalo Airport. As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations and facilitating effective communication between various stakeholders. You will also have the competence and readiness to participate in operational ground handling duties when required. Your working time will be divided approximately equally between Operations Specialist responsibilities and operational tasks. Key Responsibilities: Managing operational schedules and coordinating resources; Ensuring effective communication between teams and stakeholders; Maintaining and managing operational documentation; Handling invoicing and related follow-up activities; Liaising with premium customers and developing customer relationships; Performing other administrative duties as required.
