More about the job Your role in our team - Perform tasks related to purchasing including e.g., price negotiations, tendering, bid evaluations, submitting and managing purchase orders in procurement ERP system - Ensure delivery time and quality, manage contract and order documentation and participate in invoice handling tasks - Manage quality risks and claim resolutions - Act as an essential link between Neste's internal stakeholders and the supplier base - Participate in different types of Procurement development initiatives according to your competence and interests, such as automatization of the Request-to-pay process - Support and participate in SRM activities and provide data on supplier supply and/or quality and cost performance - Drive constantly measurable impact e.g., savings, NWC improvement, cycle time reduction - Support Category Leads in various tasks e.g., bid evaluations The best combination to succeed in this role - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering or similar - Excellent communication skills in English - A couple of years’ experience in Procurement and strong motivation to learn and deepen your knowledge - Good collaboration and negotiation skills - Partnership skills and high ethical standards - Self-starter and completer with sense of urgency for action and strong drive for results - Solid skills with everyday office software - experience with procurement tools like SAP or Coupa is a huge plus!
