CEO – construction industry company in Western Finland (Pori). We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial CEO for a Satakunta-based construction firm established in 2017. The company builds production and office facilities for industry and carries out refurbishments for clients. The company employs around 10 people and is known for high-quality workmanship, reliability and strong local expertise. The CEO will lead the company and develop operations for the long term. Key responsibilities include daily management of the company and business development, financial planning and profitability, developing client relationships and networks, personnel leadership and wellbeing, and overseeing projects, resources and production, as well as strengthening the company’s position in the construction market. Requirements include practical understanding of the construction sector and strong business leadership; experience in project management, finance and personnel leadership is valued. You are pragmatic, decisive and collaborative; in a small company the CEO is close to execution and expected to engage in hands-on work as needed.
