We are seeking a skilled cook for a ski-slope restaurant for the upcoming winter season. The role involves preparing and plating dishes, setting up the kitchen before service, working during lunch and restaurant service, handling ingredients and daily kitchen routines, keeping the kitchen clean and organized, and performing other kitchen tasks as required by the situation and skill level. We expect you to have culinary training and/or previous experience as a cook, a proactive attitude, the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment, attention to detail, responsibility, good teamwork, and a straightforward work approach.
