Career Guidance Advisor

We are seeking a Career Guidance Advisor for Oulu, primarily operating as an independent entrepreneur. The work will mainly be in the Oulu area, with duties varying around 10–30 hours per week. The role includes group coaching and individual career guidance for our clients, collaboration with local employers and educational organizers, and the necessary reporting. Career guidance is always individualized and tailored to client needs. The central task is to help clients clarify their career path, recognize their strengths, guide them in education and study matters, and strengthen employability skills. Applicants must have a suitable university degree, at least 3 years of experience guiding job-seekers and providing career guidance, pedagogical studies (60 credits) and coaching experience are considered an asset, strong interpersonal and client-facing skills, an autonomous and development-oriented work approach, and commitment to Wulff Pro’s values and quality standards.
