We are seeking a career coach in Oulu, preferably someone operating as self-employed. Work locations are the Oulu region and primarily Oulu. Workload about 10-30 hours/week. The duties include group coaching and individual coaching for our career coaching clients, cooperation with local employers and training organizers, and the necessary reporting. Career coaching is always individualized and tailored to client needs. The core task is to help clients clarify their career path, identify their skills, guide education and studies, and strengthen work-life skills. We require: suitable university degree; at least 3 years of experience guiding job-seeking clients and experience in career guidance; pedagogical studies (60 ECTS) and work coaching are an advantage; good communication and interpersonal skills; independent and developing work approach; commitment to Wulff Pro’s values and quality standards.
