Sales Assistant

We are seeking energetic, goal-oriented and eager-to-learn salespeople for a permanent position to join our motivating team. As a Sector Alarm salesperson you play a real role in helping to secure people’s homes, bring peace of mind to their daily lives, and in the best case, save lives. The demand for home security services continues to grow. We offer consumers and small businesses Finland’s best-rated service-oriented alarm system. Our Trustpilot rating is an impressive 4.8/5, a clear indicator of satisfied customers. Daily work in a nutshell: you typically work weekdays 13:00–21:00, either full-time or part-time (three full days). The day starts at your team’s sales office with training and setting daily goals under a supervisor. You head to various residential areas usually in your supervisor’s car, contact residents, and book home visits at convenient times. You meet dozens of people each day; the work is active and requires movement—over 10,000 steps on average per day. In visits you discuss how our service can secure their lives; listening is as important as speaking. You are responsible for the sales, while installation is handled by a separate team. In the evenings you regroup with the team to review learnings and celebrate successes. Skills you’ll develop include confidence, negotiation and people-facing abilities. What we offer: a pay model where your earnings reflect your effort, with base commission plus monthly bonuses. Top sellers earn over €6,000 per month; the average is around €2,200.
