Financial Services Support Specialist
Financial Support Services Specialist at Pennylane, with remote work possibility from Marseille. You will be a key expert for clients using Pennylane as their central financial management software, acting as a bridge between clients, their accountants, and the Support team. You will investigate issues, provide rapid responses, and escalate to technical teams as needed. The role involves onboarding to the CSM Academy, learning the product and departments, handling client requests related to financial services, and progressively taking ownership of a client portfolio. The position is open to telework with monthly travel to Paris for in-office days. Excellent product knowledge, banking system understanding, and experience in B2B support are desired.
