We are seeking a university intern to join the Monitoring Services team at Avarn Security’s headquarters in Vantaa for autumn 2026. The internship is unpaid. As an intern you will be part of the technical customer service expert team and participate in daily tasks as well as various support duties and development projects. The role will be tailored to your skills and interests and will be refined when the internship begins. The duration is 2–4 months with a flexible start in autumn. The internship is on-site at our headquarters in Myyrmäki, Vantaa, at Virtatalo. Responsibilities include supporting daily monitoring service tasks, processing orders and complaints, assisting customer communications and content creation, documenting customer service processes and instructions, and possibly participating in audits and partner network development. The role offers exposure to security operations, technology, and process improvement in a large company. Requirements include being a university student in a suitable field (e.g., security, communications, or IT) close to graduation; good digital skills and communication skills are advantageous; strong willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and fluency in Finnish (English is a plus).
