Staffpoint is hiring Lapland Hotels Sirkantähti in Levi for a RECEPTIONIST for the winter season 2026. Your tasks include serving arriving hotel guests during a busy season, handling check-ins and check-outs, processing reservations, and guiding guests. You will ensure smooth guest experiences even in peak times and maintain the reception and public areas as tidy and welcoming. The shift period starts mid-November and is expected to last until January 2027. Work hours are approximately 90 hours per week. Employment is between the employee and StaffPoint. Lapland Hotels chain is a non-smoking workplace. We value: training or prior experience in reception duties; sunny customer service attitude and good interpersonal skills; good stress tolerance and the ability to smile even in rush; reliability and flexibility; experience with Opera Cloud or similar hotel reservation system; fluency in Finnish and English; hygiene and responsible alcohol service certification.
