Location: Espoo, Finland Company: Litana Finland Oy – Subcontractor at Microsoft Data Centre Project Position: HSE Supervisor Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Contract Duration:1-year fixed-term contract (with possible extension) Start: September 1, 2026 About the Role We are looking for an HSE Supervisor to join our team at the Microsoft Data Centre construction project in Espoo, Finland. The role involves ensuring compliance with HSE standards, coordinating on-site safety activities, and promoting a strong safety culture. The HSE Supervisor reports to the HSE Manager and works closely with site management and subcontractors to maintain a safe workplace. Key Responsibilities - Monitor and enforce compliance with project-specific HSE policies, procedures, and applicable local regulations. - Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and incident investigations. - Ensure safe working practices, particularly in electrical and other high-risk activities. - Keep HSE documentation and records up-to-date according to project requirements. - Promote health, safety, and environmental awareness among workers. - Cooperate with the main contractor's HSE representatives. Requirements - Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience in HSE roles within the construction or similar industry. - Knowledge of electrical safety principles – strong advantage. - Familiarity with applicable Finnish legislation and international (EU) safety standards. - Holding an Electrical Safety Card (SFS 6002), Occupational Safety Card (TTK), and First Aid certification is an advantage. - Confident computer literacy (MS Office). - Good communication skills in English and Russian – both written and spoken (required).
