Waiter

Barona HoReCa Oy is looking for experienced and motivated waiting staff for lunch, catering, bar and à la carte service for on-call work and longer-term contracts at various restaurants, hotels and events. We offer you the possibility to work flexibly according to your life situation – a few shifts per week or a longer stint at a single site. Duties may include: order taking in events, lunch service at large canteen kitchens, bar shifts in various restaurants and events, and working in à la carte restaurants. Working hours are mainly evenings and weekends, but may vary by site and can also include weekdays. We hope you can work several days a week. Own car is a plus. We offer on-call work or longer contracts as Barona Horeca employee. Pay is based on skill and your wage expectations. We use the collective agreement for travel, restaurant and leisure services. The minimum wage for waiters is always according to the collective agreement, plus shift allowances. The professional wage is agreed separately based on expertise. Approx. €14–€18 per hour + shift allowances. Opportunity to influence your own shifts. Work in well-known venues in the Helsinki metropolitan area and surrounding areas.
