We are seeking a Wilderness Guide (Head Guide) for our client company located in Rovaniemi for the upcoming winter season. The contract is with HR-Polku Oy. Start of work is in September, with a flexible start date to be agreed, but no later than late September/early October. The assignment runs until April. Your role is to act as head guide for a roughly 40-person wilderness guiding team, train and lead other guides, and serve as field leader. In addition to leadership, you will also perform guide duties in the field. Prior solid experience as a wilderness guide is required, with preference for prior supervisory experience. Proficiency in Finnish and English is required. A car or at least a driving license is mandatory. We will consider your salary expectations and experience in the discussion.
