You will cultivate the application from the ground up, contributing to production-ready code daily while guiding architectural decisions and partnering with stakeholders and clients to realize a shared vision.

Responsibilities
- Guide the design and delivery of frontend solutions
- Oversee planning, estimation, and technical design
- Define and maintain frontend architecture standards
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and code review feedback
- Collaborate cross-functionally with backend, UX/UI, QA, DevOps, and Product
- Knowledge sharing and professional development
- Act as technical ambassador in client discussions
- Support commercial activities with scoping and pre-sales engagement
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency with React and Next.js (App Router) in production environments
- SSG/SSR/ISR and hybrid rendering
- Strong TypeScript
- Experience integrating frontend within distributed microservices
- Frontend testing frameworks (Playwright, Jest)
- Architectural standards maintenance
- Experience supporting decisions and empowering engineers
