Electrical testing operator

Prysmian Group is investing over EUR 220 million at Kirkkonummi to expand the production capacity of the Pikkala factory. These investments are a core part of Prysmian Group's response to the growing global demand for renewable energy. We are hiring for Kirkkonummi Pikkala factory: Testers (electrical) tasks include electrical testing of submarine cables and terminations. Prepare cables for testing and perform various tests with the test team. Tests include voltage/current tests, partial discharge measurements, and other measurements as required. Our customers often observe testing. Electrical safety testing is very important, and we expect testers to be thorough and meticulous. Open positions are permanent, and employment follows the technology industry collective agreement. Work occurs in shifts: mornings, evenings, and nights. This role suits both fresh graduates or experienced electrical installers. A valid electrical safety card, first aid card, and hot-work card are required. Training is provided if selected individuals do not have valid cards. We require basic electrical training, willingness to work in shifts, proactive attitude, meticulousness, good teamwork, excellent Finnish language skills, and decent English. Previous experience in industrial production is considered advantageous.
